A large concrete slab reportedly fell on a worker near London Wednesday morning

Emergency crews were called to an apparent industrial accident at a concrete company northwest of London Wednesday morning.

A worker at Coldstream Concrete was reportedly pinned underneath a 20,000-pound concrete slab.

Paramedics were called to the business at 402 Quaker Lane in Middlesex Centre about 11 a.m.

Established in 1945, Coldstream Concrete provides precast concrete products for the construction and drainage industry, according to the company’s website.
