A cyclist was killed after she was struck by a car northwest of London on Tuesday.
The woman was riding a bike south on Bear Creek Road, approaching Sinclair Drive. Ontario Provincial Police say she was struck by a car going in the same direction, driven by a man in his mid-20s.
The collision occurred just before 5 p.m.
Police say the woman was thrown off her bike onto the side of the road, where she died.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt, police say.
No identities had been released.
The OPP closed Bear Creek Road between Sinclair and Ivan Drive while they investigated the collision.
