Theresa May says another referendum on Brexit would ‘break faith’ with the British people.

By that she means there has already been one vote and politicians were given a clear set of instructions, which they should now carry out.

But with pressure growing at Westminster to go back and ask again, what support is there for a second referendum?

Wakefield in West Yorkshire is the type of place where the next election could be decided.

Labour’s Mary Creagh, who wants a People’s vote, has a narrow majority of just over 2,000 and it voted 66% leave in the referendum.
