A manhunt has been launched after two innocent people were shot dead at a family home in Dublin.

A woman aged in her 40s and a man in his 30s, both described as “completely innocent” by security sources, were shot dead by their attackers who burst into the house and starting firing on Wednesday afternoon.

The man was holding a baby in his arms when he was shot at, according to local news reports. Two other people were injured in the shooting.

The baby was also injured after he was reportedly “thrown for his own safety”.
