A Londoner is wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant following a shooting in Barrie that seriously injured a man.

Dylan Brown, 24, is a suspect in a Aug. 13 shooting outside a downtown Barrie bar.

Police were called to reports of shots fired the area of Mulcaster Street and Lakeshore Drive, where they found a 28-year-old man with serious injuries.

A fight started inside a bar and spilled out onto the street, according to media reports. A man shot the victim in the middle of the street before fleeing in a vehicle, according to police, who described the attack as targeted.

The victim, who hasn’t been publicly identified, was taken to hospital with serious injuries before being transferred to Toronto-area hospital.

Police issued an arrest warrant for Barrie resident Max Pritchett, who is charged with attempted murder, four days after the shooting.

Pritchett, 21, is described as a white man with a medium build, 5’8”, 142 lbs, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Brown, who was named as a second suspect last week, is described as a white man, 5’11”, 160 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos on his right hand and lower forearm of a star and diamond.

Both Brown and Pritchett should be considered armed and dangerous, said police, who urged the public not to approach either man.
