A father has admitted killing his  five-year-old son after a bitter custody battle with his estranged wife — who gripped an urn with the boy’s ashes in the front row of the courtroom.

Aramazd Andressian Sr, 35, yesterday changed his plea to guilty of murdering Aramazd Jr after taking him on a trip to Disneyland in California.

The boy’s body was found near Lake Cachuma outside Santa Barbara, about 145 miles away from Disneyland, on June 30, more than two months after investigators believe he was killed.

The boy’s mother, Ana Estevez, wept loudly in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Before he was escorted from the courtroom, Andressian turned and glanced at his estranged wife and her family.

The boy was reported missing in April after his mother said  Andressian Sr did not return his son during a planned custody exchange. The father was found passed out in a park the day after his son went missing.

“This is a tragedy. Cases like this really tug at your heartstrings,” deputy district attorney Craig Hum said outside court. Andressian faces 25 years to life in state prison.
