Four London Police officers have been criminally charged in the past two months.

That jaw-dropping rate involves three separate incidents. Several Free Press requests for comment from police officials have gone unanswered as of Friday afternoon.

Rick Robson of the London Police Association, which represents the police department’s officers, also couldn’t be reached for comment as of Friday afternoon.

Here’s the list of the officers facing charges:

May 8: Const. Theresa Clayton is charged with assault causing bodily harm and Const. Jeff Lake is charged with assault in a June 2016 arrest that injured a 40-year-old man.

June 13: Sgt. Peter Paquette is charged with assault stemming from a Sept. 6, 2016, incident at the Dundas Street police headquarters.

July 14: Const. Nicholas Doering is charged with criminal negligence causing death and failing to provide the necessaries of life in connection with the Sept. 7, 2016 death of Debra Chrisjohn, 39. Elgin OPP Const. Mark McKillop is also charged.
