Fourth person killed in Tobermory crash

Police say a fourth person has died after a fiery head-on crash south of Tobermory last month.

Ravinder Kalsi, 39, from Brampton, died in hospital after the car he was a passenger in collided with an SUV on Highway 6 in northern Bruce County just before 8 p.m. Aug. 26.

The driver of the car, a 30-year-old Mississauga man, was also killed. Three other passengers in the car were injured.

The occupants of the other vehicle, a couple from Strathroy, were also killed.

Traves Atchison, 22, Jana Watson, 23, were headed north on Highway 6 toward Tobermory when an oncoming car collided with their SUV, engulfing the vehicle in flames.

Bruce Peninsula OPP is asking anyone with information about the crash to call 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
