Championship side Fulham have signed Standard Liege midfielder Ibrahima Cisse on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Belgian Cisse, who can also play as a right-back, made 27 appearances for Standard last season.
The 23-year-old joined KVV Mechelen in June 2014, before returning to his hometown club ahead of last season.
“I am looking forward to showing my qualities and what I can do,” he told the club website.
