Jeremy Corbyn asks the PM to admit her deal is “dead” and it is not worth bringing it back for another vote in the Commons.

“The government has failed”, he says, adding that it is now time for Parliament to “take back control”.

He confirms that Labour will support the amendment later to take control of the agenda on Wednesday, and calls on the PM to “allow, rather than fight” plans for indicative votes.

Parliament must send a “clear message” in the coming days, he says
