About 15,000 Hydro customers were affected by a power outage in northwest London Thursday morning.
London Hydro was doing work in the area and equipment failure led to the outage around 9 a.m., the city-owned utility said.
Western University was in the affected area. According to London Hydro officials, power is expected to be restored by just after 9:30 a.m.
