Nazem Kadri was back home in London Thursday for his annual fundraising golf event. And he brought a few friends with him.

Joining the Toronto Maple Leafs centre at the event were teammates Josh Leivo and Connor Brown. Fellow Londoner Drew Doughty of the Los Angeles Kings was also there.

Brandon Prust – a London native who played several NHL season – was also in attendance. He’ll join Doughty in L.A. this fall on a training-camp tryout. Rounding out the hockey royalty was Knights legend Danny Syvret.

The event at Sunningdale golf club was organized by the Nazem Kadri Foundation, which over four years has raised $1.3 million for charities in London and Toronto alongside their national partner, Islamic Relief.
