Police investigating the robbery and assault of a 92-year-old woman in Hackney have arrested a man.
Sanchez Edwards, 28, was arrested in Mile End just after midday on Monday following appeals.
He was detained on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and robbery, Scotland Yard said.
He was taken into custody at an east London police station.
