A cyclist has suffered serious leg injuries after a car crashed into a lorry then collided with the rider in Marble Arch.
Police said they were called shortly before 11am to the crash at the major central London junction.
A spokesman said emergency services responded to reports of a car colliding with a lorry before then going on to hit a cyclist, near the junction with Park Lane.
The rider suffered serious leg injuries and was this morning being treated at the scene, he added.
Diversions were put in place and drivers were encouraged to avoid the area after police closed roads.
