A second man wanted in connection to the 2015 shooting death of Londoner Mark McCullagh has been arrested, police say.

On March 9, 2015, the 36-year-old McCullagh was taking out the garbage when he was shot outside his home at 504 English St in London’s Old East Village.

For two years, it appeared the case was at a standstill until this week, when police publicly named three suspects. All three have ties to Windsor, police say.

Steve Atkinson, 37, is charged with manslaughter and two counts of armed robbery. He was arrested in Windsor Friday and has returned to London, where he will appear in court.

Earlier this week, Kenyon Omahu was arrested in Windsor and charged with manslaughter and two counts of armed robbery.

Police are still searching for Ali Fageer, who is also from Windsor but has been known to travel between Windsor and the Greater Toronto Area. His last known address is in Scarborough.
