Nottinghamshire bowler Luke Fletcher suffered a serious-looking head injury in his side’s T20 Blast match against Birmingham at Edgbaston.
The 28-year-old was struck on the head by a straight drive from Sam Hain but managed to walk off the pitch with the help of a physio.
The other players were visibly shaken by the incident, with play being held up while the injury was assessed.
