Police are probing a case of arson at an Ilderton park that caused $10,000 damage.
Firefighters responded to a structure fire at the Deer Haven Optimist Park, located at 20 Stonefield Gate, on Saturday at 11 p.m., Middlesex OPP said.
Flammable material was set ablaze inside a public washroom, Middlesex OPP said.
Firefighters quickly doused the blaze, which has been ruled an arson.
The washroom remains closed and the repair bill is pegged at $10,000, police said.
