Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is scheduled to stop in Stratford Friday afternoon.

After stopping at the Goderich Salvation Army this morning, Trudeau is expected to arrive at the Festival Theatre at 1 p.m. for a tour of the facility.

While no announcements are expected during the prime minister’s visit, the Stratford Festival has asked the federal government for $20 million to support its proposed reconstruction of the Tom Patterson Theatre.
