Return trip helpful

I want to thank the person who returned an envelope of valuable papers to the Masonville branch of the Toronto Dominion Bank. I realize you had to make a second trip to the bank, since the bank was not open when you and I had visited the automatic banking machine on that day. How fortunate I was that you came along and found the envelope dropped from my purse. Thank you.

Seeking sister

I am searching for my sister, Barbara Hockin. I have been told she had part of her leg removed more than a year ago and I am trying to find her or her children.

She had a home on Wonderland Road until this happened and I don’t have a phone number.

I am 80 years old and she will be 86. I just want to see her before either of us dies. Please help if you can.

Need some balls?

Once again we thank our fellow Londoners who show their generosity with our 2017 Golf Balls FORE Charities activities. At this halfway point in the season we are pleased to report we have raised more than $600 for charities.

We have a good supply of good quality Pro Vs and most every ball on the market for anyone needing to replenish their stash as the season is now in full swing (groan).

Every dollar raised goes to the charities of the buyers’ choice.

Bulk quantities are available for charity fundraisers as silent auction prizes, for example.

We are at 697 Colborne St. beside Colborne Street United Church’s parking lot just south of Piccadilly Street. Call Walt at 519-433-7955 or email us at Calling ahead works best for us as we can get out an assortment of preferred balls .
