At least 18 people are dead and more than 13,000 have been rescued. And the worst could still be to come for the people of Texas.

Flooding caused by Tropical Storm Harvey has devastated the city.

Last night, Houston’s Mayor imposed a curfew beginning at midnight local time after reports of looting.

Overflow water from two reservoirs protecting Houston is now adding to the rising water levels meaning there’s a significant risk of more floods.
