The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were all smiles as they joined other members of the Royal family in Scotland.

The pair were joined by the Prince of Wales and the Princess Royal at the Braemar Royal Highland Gathering in Aberdeenshire.

The annual event took place at the Princess Royal and Duke of Fife Memorial Park, Braemar.
