Labour’s deputy leader says he feels “personal shame” over the antisemitic bullying in the Labour party.

Tom Watson’s comments come after Labour suspended MP Chris Williamson over his comments that the party had been “too apologetic” over antisemitism accusations.

After a turbulent period when nine MPs have also quit the party due to direction of the party under its leader Jeremy Corbyn, Mr Watson addressed speculation he might resign too.
