In Venezuela, the hospitals are running out of medicine and the sick are being left untreated.
Sky News was given access by staff to a hospital in Caracas where there is no running water and toilets are not fit for use.
Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro said in 2018 that the health of the Venezuelan people was a ‘prority’.
But opposition leader Juan Guaidó says he wants to bring about change with international help.
