Viagogo’s managing director spoke to Sky News on the company’s ability to comply with regulators in the UK.

A court order means Viagogo will show:

-Tell ticket buyers if there is a risk they will be turned away at the door

-Inform customers which seat they will get

-Inform buyers who is selling the ticket

-Make it easy for people to get their money back when things go wrong

-Prevent the sale of tickets a seller does not own and may not be able to supply

-Not give misleading information about the availability and popularity of tickets

Cris Miller said: “We’ve made a considerable number of changes – nearly over 1,000 – to the website based off the interpretations of how the order looks, so we feel very confident we’re making very good direction.”

Opponents of the company FanFair Alliance has previously been supported by the artists Ed Sheeran, Arctic Monkeys, Iron Maiden, Mumford & Sons and Little Mix.
